Sour Cream Pasta Recipe
1 (16 oz.) pkg. cooked & drained pasta
1/2 pint of whipping cream
1 cup (about 2 sticks) margarine or butter
3 – 4 garlic cloves
1 pint of sour cream
1/2 cup of Parmesan
In a small pan or skillet, melt the butter on low flame. Next, add in crushed and sliced up cloves of garlic to the butter and saute just until the garlic softens. Strain the butter in order to take out the garlic.
Allow the garlicky butter to cool and while it cools down, combine sour cream & whipping crean together gently and make sure that mixture doesn’t curdle. Add the garlic butter to the cream mix and whisk them together.
Add this to cooked pasta then finish with a sprinkling of parmesan.
