Bleu Cheese Pasta Recipe
350-450 g. (12-16 ozs.) any pasta you want (rotelle, penne or dried rigatoni)
2 tbsps. Butter (optional)
1/2 cup of bleu cheese, crumbled
Black pepper, ground freshly
2 tbsps. Parmesan cheese, just grated
Pasta should be cooked following instructions on its package. Drain off the water and put pasta back inside the pot.
Put in the remainder of your ingredients & if you want a sauce that is smoother, then just add butter.
Stir gently just to mix all ingredients well as well as to make sure that the cheese has melted. Serve while hot.
