Bloody Mary Shrimp and Pasta Recipe
1 lb. fettucine or any pasta
1 lb. deveined & peeled fresh shrimps
1 1/2 cups of Bloody Mary mixture
3 cloves crushed garlic
2 tbsps. parsley, freshly chopped
1/4 cup of olive oil
Parmesan Cheese
Pasta should be cooked following instructions from its package. Drain them off then keep pasta warm. Onto a skillet, heat the oil and saute the shrimps just until flesh turns opaque (3-5 mins.).
Pour in the shrimp mixture to your pasta & also add in the bloody Mary. Finish with toppings of Parmesan and parsley.
You can serve a piece of bread and some garden green salad on the side and also some bloody Mary for those who want some extra whoop.
