Minestrone Pasta Recipe
3 cups med. pasta shells (7.5 ozs.), uncooked
1 (around 14.5 oz.) can of tomatoes (diced or Italian-style stewed) , drained
2/3 cup of Italian dressing
1 chopped med. green bell peppers
1 (15 oz.) can of rinsed & drained kidney beans
2 sliced med. carrots
1 (15 oz.) can of rinsed & drained garbanzo beans
Half a cup of Parmesan, shredded
Pasta should be cooked as per directions from its package then drain it well. Combine pasta with all other ingredients then serve it warm. Pasta can also be served cold.
