Fragrant Noodles Recipe
1 lb. of thin spaghetti
3 tbsps. of soy sauce
4 sliced thinly pcs. of scallions
2 tbsps. of vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. of freshly-ground pepper
1/2 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
Spaghetti should be cooked as per package instructions and drained well. Into the exact pot used, heat some oil on medium-high flame and add in scallions then cook it for another 30 secs.
Take out of the heat and add in cooked spaghetti, soy sauce, pepper and cilantro.
