Baked Chicken Spaghetti Recipe
8 ozs. spaghetti
1 chicken (3 lbs.)
1 diced small onion
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can small mushrooms, drained well
1 (3-ozs.) can tomatoes
1 diced green bell pepper
Black olives
In a big pot with water that has been lightly seasoned with salt, slowly cook the chicken. When the chicken is tender already, take it out of the pot and debone it and slice into cubes.
With the chicken stock inside the pot, cook the spaghetti with the water then drain and set aside.
In a skillet melt 1 tbsp. of butter and saute the onions, pepper and mushrooms. Mix together the sauteed ingredients with the tomatoes, cubed chicken, cooked spaghetti and olives.
Put the spaghetti mixture in a casserole that has been well oiled then bake in the oven for about 30 mins. at around 350′F. Sprinkle with grated cheddar and serve.
