Pasta with Red Pepper Sauce Recipe
1 lb. pasta, cooked
1 big clove of garlic
1 (15 oz.) carton of ricotta cheese
2 – 3 seeded & roasted red bell peppers
Pepper & salt to season
1/3 cup of parmesan, grated
Inside a food processor, process together all the ingredients, aside from the pasta, until it smoothens. Blend this mixture with the pasta that has already been cooked.
