Dreamy Spaghetti Recipe
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1 1/2-2 lbs. of ground chuck
1/3 cup of onion, chopped
8 ozs. of cream cheese
3 tbsps. of butter, melted
16 ozs. of tomato sauce
8 ozs. of sour cream
12 ozs. of cottage cheese
Pepper & salt for taste
Pasta should be cooked as per package instructions just until the pasta is al dente. Onto a skillet, heat a tbsp. of butter and add in tomato sauce, pepper & salt.
In another bowl, mix together sour cream, cream cheese, onions and cottage cheese then set it aside.
Make sure that pasta noodles are drained well. Inside a 2-qt. casserole dish, layer in cooked spaghetti then add half a cup of the cheese mixture & half of the meaty mixture.
Add the remainder of the mixtures into the dish in the exact order finishing with the meaty mixture on the top.
Add in 2 tbsps. of the butter on the top of the dish then bake without a cover for about 30 mins. at around 350′ F.
