Smoked Sausage Lasagna Recipe
6 ozs. cooked & drained lasagna noodles
1 lb. sliced thinly Eckrich’ Smoked Sausage
3 cups of spaghetti sauce
1.5 cups of ricotta cheese
1 tbsp. oregano
1 (16 oz.) pkg. mozzarella, sliced
A pinch of salt
1/3 cup of Parmesan
Put half a cup of the spaghetti sauce on the 2-qt. casserole bottom that is oblong shaped. Place inside alternating layers of lasagna noodles, spoonfuls of ricotta, spaghetti sauce, Eckrich sausage & mozzarella.
Finish with a sprinkling of parmesan, salt and oregano then bake it covered for 45 mins. in an oven that was already preheated to 350′ F and make sure that the dish has been heated thoroughly.
