Cheddar Chicken Spaghetti with Crumb Topping Recipe
1 pkg. spaghetti cooked according to package instructions (al dente), drained well
2 rolls of crushed Ritz crackers
1 cup of milk
2 cups of chicken, cubed
1 tbsp. pimientos, diced
1/2 cup of butter
2 cups of Cheddar cheese, shredded and divided into 2 portions
Pepper & salt for taste
1 can soup (cream of mushroom)
In a bowl, mix together pimientos, soup, a cup of shredded cheese, pepper & salt then add this mixture to the cooked spaghetti mixing all well until noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
Place the pasta inside a deep dish for baking then sprinkle remainder of Cheddar atop the pasta.
In a skillet, melt the unsalted butter then add in the crackers & place this cracker and butter mixture atop the dish. Bake in the oven for about 25 mins. at around 350′ F.
