Chicken Noodle Dinner Recipe
8 ozs. Uncooked egg noodles
1 1/4 lbs. halved boneless chicken breasts
1 can of soup (cream of chicken)
1/4 cup of onions, sliced
1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
3/4 cup of carrots, sliced thinly
2 tbsps. of vegetable oil
Heat vegetable oil inside a big skillet and cook the chicken until they are browned lightly. Take it out of the pan then set it aside. In the same skillet, add in carrots, mushrooms and onions cooking until the onions become soft but isn’t browned.
Pour in the soup into the same skillet then add in the cooked chicken. Cook it uncovered and simmer for 20-25 mins. or just until the carrots & the chicken become soft.
Egg noodles should be cooked as per package instructions and drained well.
Pour the sauce and the chicken on the cooked noodles.
