Chili-Ghetti Recipe


Chili-Ghetti Recipe

1 1/2 cups of uncooked spaghetti
1 lb. beef (ground)
2 cups of tomato juice
2 tsps. of vegetable oil
2 cups of kidney beans
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. of chili powder
1 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce
Salt
1/2 tsp. of pepper

In a skillet, heat the oil and cook the beef until browned, then add in salt, chili powder and onions. Continue cooking until the onions soften. Pour this mixture in a casserole dish.

Mix together all the other ingredients and evenly spread it out on the top of the meat. Bake covered inside the oven for about an hour at around 350′ F.

Makes 6-8 servings.
