Easy Does It Spaghetti Recipe
4 ozs. dry spaghetti (1 1/2 cups),
broken into 4- to 5-inch pieces
1 lb. beef (ground)
16 ozs. of tomato sauce
3 cups of juice of tomatoes
2 tbsps. dry onion, minced
1 tsp. of salt
1 – 1 1/2 tsps. of Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. of powdered garlic
1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms
In a skillet, cook and brown the beef then place inside a slow cooker or crock pot. Cut up the mushrooms into pieces and add in the remainder of the recipe ingredients aside from the spaghetti and be sure to mix them together well.
Cook covered at low heat for about 6-8 hrs. or at high heat for about 3-5 hrs.. Increase the heat to high in the final hour then add in the spaghetti
Makes 4 servings.
