Easy Lasagna Recipe
12 ozs. uncooked lasagna noodles
1 can of tomato sauce
3 cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 1/2 lbs. of ground meat
1 jar of spaghetti sauce/homemade sauce
1 tomato sauce can water
2 lbs. of ricotta/cottage cheese, combined with four eggs
Grated Parmesan
Salt & powdered garlic for taste
Cook the meat until it browns then drain off the drippings. Add in sauces & water and cook it well.
In a 13×9-inch baking dish, put a little sauce on the bottom of the dish and arrange a layering of the uncooked lasagna, a third of cottage cheese mix, then a sprinkling of some parmesan and a third of shredded mozzarella.
Next, add in 1/3 of your sauce on top & repeat the layering 2 times more and lastly cover top with lots of cheese. Cook in the oven for about an hour at around 350′ F with a cover and then sealed tightly with a foil.
Afterwards, take off its cover then bake an additional 15 mins. Make sure to not allow the aluminum foil get near cheese.
You can actually bake this dish for an hour with no cheese on top & place some cheese then bake it for 15 mins. without any cover.
