Fettuccine Romano Recipe
1 lb. cooked fettuccine
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup of grated Romano cheese
2 – 4 minced cloves of garlic
1/2 cup/ (a stick) of butter, unsalted
On a saucepan on medium or low flame, melt the butter then add in cheese, cream and garlic. Continue to cook until it is quite hot but make sure to not bring it to a boil.
Slowly add in the fettuccine and make sure to coat it well with the sauce. Serve fettuccine with some salad or bread
