Fiery Pork Spaghetti Recipe
1 lb. of spaghetti
4 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 tsp. of dried red chiles, crushed
1 lb. of ground pork
Romano cheese, grated
1 cup of chicken broth
1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves, minced
Salt
Inside a big pot that has salty water, cook the spaghetti noodles for about 7 mins. just until the noodles are undercooked a little.
While the spaghetti is cooking, put the garlic and pork onto a big skillet then cook on high flame continuously stirring them up to break it up into chunks for about 3-4 mins. just until the pork isn’t pink anymore.
Take out the garlic and pork using a slotted spoon and set it aside.
Pasta should now be drained then returned to the pot. Then add in basil, chiles, pork & garlic mixture and the stock and combine them together on low flame for about 2-3 mins.
Let it cool without a cover for about 5 mins. prior to serving.
Finish with more grated cheese & chiles.
