Fried Italian Ravioli Recipe
12 doz. of ravioli (fresh)
Cayenne pepper & salt for taste
2 big eggs, slightly beaten
* The fresh raviolis are available usually in your grocery’s chilled section.
On a big bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt & pepper. Separate raviolis then dip each one into the egg mixture and deep-fry them up for 2-4 mins until they are crisped up and golden.
Best served when hot together with some tomato salsa as appetizers.
