Garlic Pasta Recipe
5 cloves of sliced fresh garlic
1 lb. spaghetti, broken in half
2 tbsps. Butter
Cooking oil
Parmesan cheese
Parsley
Pepper & salt to season
Spaghetti should be cooked as per instructions from its package. Drain the pasta well and set a cup of the pasta water aside.
On a saucepan, heat around 1.5-2 tbsps. of oil and saute the garlic until they start turning brown. Next, add in butter, oil and garlic to the cooked spaghetti and blend them well.
Season pasta dish with some pepper and salt. Then, finish with a sprinkling of parsley & grated parmesan on top.
