Garlic Ravioli Recipe
To make the filling:
2 tbsps. of chives, chopped
12 big chopped cloves of garlic
3/4 lb. of ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp. of Italian seasoning
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. of black pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
Garlic Bechamel Sauce:
3 tbsps. of flour
2 tbsps. of olive oil
1/2 tsp. of salt
6 chopped cloves of garlic
3 tbsps. of butter
2 cups of milk
1/4 tsp. of pepper
To make the filling: In a skillet, heat olive oil then saute pepper, Italian seasonings and garlic then drain the mixture well.
Add in parmesan and ricotta to the sauteed garlic then mix in the egg and chives then incorporate all of these ingredients well. Place filling on wonton wrappers.
To make the sauce: In a skillet, heat the oil then saute the garlic then set it aside. Then melt the butter on low flame and add in the flour afterwards slowly incorporate milk and wait until sauce becomes thick.
Add in pepper, salt & the garlic.
Serve the sauce on the garlic ravioli then finish with a garnishing of parsley.
