Garlic Shrimp with Noodles Recipe
1 pkg. of Lipton Noodles & Sauce (Butter and Herb)
1 lb. of med. shrimp (uncooked), peeled & deveined
(if shrimps are frozen then thaw them out first)
4 tbsps. of butter, divided
1 tbsp. of garlic, chopped
1/2 cup of onion, chopped
2 cups of water
2 tbsps. of olive oil
1 (14 oz.) can of artichoke hearts, well drained & halved
A dash of pepper for taste
1/4 cup of parsley, chopped finely
On a skillet, melt the 2 tbsps. of butter then saute the onions until softened. Add in water then bring to a boil. Add in the noodles all the while stirring often.
In another skillet, melt the 2 tbsps. of butter & saute the garlic. Next, add in the artichokes and shrimps then cook if for 3 mins. stirring occasionally while waiting for the shrimp & artichokes to cook. Season with pepper and add the parsley.
Mix together the noodles & shrimp prior to serving.
