Italian Bake Recipe
1 box of lasagna noodles
12 ozs. of mozzarella, shredded
1 jar of Ragu Thick & Chunky pasta sauce
1 (14 oz.) can of tomatoes, chopped
1 lb. of hamburger
1 pkg. of Hormel Sliced Pepperoni
1 chopped onion
1 small pkg. of frozen spinach, thawed out & chopped
1 egg slightly beaten
1 tsp. of oregano
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
1 minced garlic clove
12 ozs. of mozzarella, shredded
8 ozs. of ricotta cheese
Cook and brown the hamburger together with the garlic and onions. Add in the Ragu sauce, oregano and tomatoes then set this aside. In a bowl, combine parmesan, egg, spinach and ricotta then set this aside as well.
Lasagna should be cooked for 8-10 mins. just until they are cooked through but still firm. Then start layering the ingredients in the following order: noodles, ragu sauce, parmesan & ricotta mixture, Hormel pepperoni, noodles, ragu sauce & mozzarella.
Bake in the oven for around 45-60 mins. at around 350′ F.
