Lasagna Roll Ups Recipe
6 pcs. lasagna noodles, uncooked
6 pcs. spinach lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar of spaghetti sauce
1/4 tsp. of pepper
1 lb. of ground beef
1 (10 oz.) pkg. of frozen chopped spinach, thawed out & well drained
1 big chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can of undrained mushrooms stems and pieces
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups of creamed cottage cheese or ricotta
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp. of salt
Oven should be preheated to around 350′ F. Noodles should be cooked as per instructions from its package then drained well. Noodles should be covered with some water (cold) to stop the cooking process.
Into a 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook onions and beef until the beef has browned. Drain the drippings. Add in mushrooms & the spaghetti sauce then bring mixture to a rolling boil.
Spread sauce out to a 9×13-inch not greased dish for baking. Combine all other ingredients that remain. Drain the noodles.
Put around 3 tbsps. of cheese mix to the edge of 1 noodle. Then, roll it up & slice in 2. Do the same thing for the remainder of lasagna noodles.
Put the rolled up noodles into the beefy mixture with the cut sides facing down. Bake covered in the oven for 30 mins. or just until it is heated through and the top is bubbling.
