Linguine with Red Cream Sauce Recipe
2 cups of tomato sauce
4 tsps. of grated Parmesan cheese
1 (10 oz.) can of baby clams
1 tsp. of finely chopped garlic
2 tbsps. of olive oil
Pepper & Salt to taste
A Pinch of chopped fresh parsley
In a skillet, saute the garlic with the oil just until it turns golden in color. Next, add in the clams & their juice and cook it simmering for 5 mins. Add in the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper then add in parsley.
Mix together cooked pasta (linguine) with half the sauce then place it on a serving dish then pour over its top the remainder of our sauce and the grated parmesan.
