Mean Woman Pasta Recipe
1 lb. of shell pasta
8 whole pepperoncini peppers ( around 8 – 12)
3 cups of tomatoes, diced
15 pcs. of pitted & sliced Kalamata olives
1/4 cup of olive oil
5 minced cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of basil leaves, fresh (half chopped & half left whole)
In a bowl, mix together pepperoncini, olive oil, basil, olives, garlic and tomatoes and let this mixture marinate for as long a time as possible.
Marinating it overnight makes it better. Pasta should be cooked as per instructions from its package then drained well. Combine together pasta and marinated sauce before serving.
