Milano Shrimp Fettuccine Recipe
4 ozs. of egg or spinach fettuccine, uncooked
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can of tomatoes (diced) with
garlic, oregano and basil, undrained
1/2 lb. of peeled & deveined med. shrimp
1/2 cup of whipping cream
1 minced clove of garlic
1/4 cup of scallions, sliced
1 tbsp. of olive oil
Fettuccine should be cooked as per instructions from its package and drained well. In the meantime, saute garlic & shrimps in olive oil just until the shrimps turn pinkish.
Add in the tomatoes and cook simmering for 5 mins.
Add in the scallions and cream then heat it thoroughly but make sure to not make it boil. Sauce should be served hot on the fettuccine.
