12 ozs. of spaghetti, uncooked
1 (16 oz.) can of whole kernels of corn
1 lb. of ground round turkey, chuck or steak
1 (16 oz.) can of tomatoes
1 med. onion
1 jar of sliced stuffed olives
1 lb. of ground pork or sausage
1 (4 oz.) jar of sliced pimentos
1 cup of grated Cheddar or 1 cup of grated American cheese
Spaghetti should be cooked inside a pot of boiling salty water then the onions should be thinly sliced. Onto a skillet, brown and cook beef, onions and pork until meats have been really browned.
Inside a big pot, mix together cooked spaghetti and browned meat mixture and add in corn together with its juices, pimientos without its juice, drained olives, half a cup of grated cheese and tomatoes with its juice then blend all of it well.
Adjust the taste with the seasonings and place the mixture in a 13×9-inch baking pan then sprinkled with half a cup of the grated cheese as the final layer. Bake in the oven for about an hour at around 300-325′ F.
