Noodles Romanoff Recipe
1 (8 oz.) pkg. curly egg noodles
1 (8 oz.) carton of sour cream
1 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of small-curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup of scallions, sliced
1/2 tsp. of salt
1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup of ripe olives, sliced
1/8 tsp. of ground red pepper
Noodles should be cooked as per instructions from its package but without any salt. Be sure to drain them well. Mix together cooked noodles and the rest of the ingredients except for the cheddar.
Grease well an 11×7-inch dish for baking and put in noodle mixture in the dish. If you want to store it, just refrigerate it covered and it can last for two days.
Preparing the dish, just bake it without a cover in the oven for about 30-35 mins. at around 350′ F.
Put a sprinkling of shredded Cheddar on the top then bake for 5 mins. more or just until the cheese has melted.
Serves 6-8
