Olive Cheese Spaghetti Recipe
1 (7 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
1 (6 oz.) can of tomato paste
1 lb. ground chuck
1 cup of water
1 (8 oz.) jar of stuffed green olives
1 chopped med. onion
1/4 lb. of Cheddar cheese, grated
In a skillet, heat oil & saute the onions and ground chuck then be sure to cook it until the meat has browned.
Drain off drippings. To the onion and meat mixture, add in juice from the olives & the olives itself then cook simmering for just a couple of minutes then add in tomato paste.
Add in the grated Cheddar to the mixture and wait until it melts. Then, add in the cooked spaghetti and be sure to blend the sauce & noodles well.
