Skillet Macaroni and Beef Recipe
2 cups of elbow macaroni, cooked
1 can of condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsps. vegetable oil
1/4 cup of onion, chopped
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 green bell pepper, chopped
On a big skillet, heat the oil on moderately high flame and add in pepper and onions. Cook them until they become browned lightly.
Add in the beef then brown the meat slightly as well as constantly stirring it. Drain the drippings off.
To the skillet add in mustard, sour cream, condensed soup & macaroni and be sure to mix everything together. Season with some salt and make sure that dish is heated thoroughly before serving.
