Turketti Recipe
1 1/4 cups of spaghetti (regular)
1 can of soup (cream of mushroom), undiluted
1/2 cup water or turkey broth
2 cups chicken or turkey, cooked
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Spaghetti should be broken up in 2-inch pieces, cooked, drained and rinsed well. Into a casserole, put the onions and turkey then set this aside. Combine together salt, broth, soup & pepper and spread this on the meat inside the casserole.
Next, add a cup of shredded cheese & the cooked spaghetti then make sure to blend them well together.
Finish with a sprinkling of the remainder of the shredded cheese and bake it without a cover for about 45 mins. at a temperature of 350′ F.
IF you plan to make double this recipe, then baking time should be an hour.
