Pantry Pasta Recipe
8 ozs. Spaghetti
3 tbsps. olive oil
2/3 cup of walnuts (chopped) or toasted whole pine nuts
Pepper & salt for seasoning
1/2 cup of black olives, sliced
1 cup of chopped fresh parsley
3/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Spaghetti should be cooked as per instructions from its package and drained well. Chop the olives, parsley & nuts while the noodles cook.
After spaghetti has cooked, drain it well and place inside a large bowl.
To the bowl of pasta add in pepper, salt, all the chopped up ingredients & olive oil then serve it with a topping of the grated cheese.
Serves 2-3.
