Pasta with Bleu Cheese Recipe
12 – 16 ozs. dried penne, rigatoni,
rotelle or any pasta of choice
2 tbsps. Parmesan cheese, grated freshly
1/2 cup of bleu cheese, crumbled
Freshly-ground black pepper
2 tbsps. butter (optional)
Pasta should be cooked as per instructions from its package and drained well.
Then return pasta to its cooking pot. Stir in all other ingredients & if you want a sauce that is more smooth, add in the butter that was optional.
Mix together all ingredients until cheese melts and serve it right away.
Makes 4-6 servings
