Pasta with Garlic Recipe
1 lb. spaghetti
1/2 lb. butter
2 peeled & chopped garlic bulbs (not the cloves)
2 – 3 tbsps. Dried parsley
Pepper & salt for seasoning
Parmesan cheese
Spaghetti should be cooked as per instructions from its package. On a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter and add in parsley and garlic until it is heated thoroughly but be sure to not allow it to boil otherwise the flavor might disappear.
Add the parmesan to the cooked spaghetti and blend them well until cheese melts and sticks to each strand of noodle.
Spread out the garlic butter sauce on the pasta and add more of the parsley and the garlic. Lastly, season with some pepper and salt.
