Pasta with Smoked Salmon Recipe
4 ozs. Fettuccini
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can of smoked salmon
1/2 tsp. garlic, chopped
1 cup of whipping cream
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
2 tbsps. Swiss cheese, grated
1 tsp. fresh basil, chopped
Pepper & salt to season
Pasta should be cooked as per instructions from its package and be sure to drain it well then rinse it down with some cold water.
On a skillet, saute the garlic with oil then add in all other ingredients. Put the cooked pasta into the skillet then cook it until the sauce is thickened slightly (1 min.)
