Pepperoni Alfredo Recipe
8 ozs. Cooked dried or fresh fettuccine, cooked
1 cup of half-and-half / light cream
2 tbsps. Margarine or butter
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 – 3/4 cup of parmesan cheese
6 – 8 ozs. Pepperoni, sliced
1/4 tsp. black pepper
In a big skillet, melt the butter and add in the half and half, pepper and nutmeg. Just cook this mixture stirring it often for 5 mins. or just until it gets thick. Add in the cheese then cook it on low flame just until cheese melts and don’t forget to stir it.
Add in fettuccine and pepperoni then mix it well with the sauce. Serve right away.
