Quick Lasagna Recipe
1 lb. lasagna noodles (no-bake)
3 Italian sausages, skins removed
1 tsp. sweet basil
15 ozs. Tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsps. Olive oil
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 chopped clove of garlic
1 lb. ground beef
16 ozs. Tomato paste
1/4 cup of onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsps. Salt
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 cup of parmesan, grated
1 lb. ricotta
1/4 cup of celery, chopped (optional)
1 lb. shredded mozzarella
Dash of oregano
Heat the olive oil on a big skillet & brown the beef and sausages. Add in tomatoes that have been chopped, pepper, salt, garlic, tomato paste, oregano, basil, parsley and sugar. Make sure to heat it all over.
Oven should be preheated to around 350′ F. Get a well greased 9×13-inch pan and layer around 3 lasagna noodles, a third of the beefy mixture, parmesan, mozzarella & a third of ricotta.
Do the same process twice again in the exact order and ending with a layer of mozzarella & parmesan. Bake in the oven for about 30-60 mins. or just until it bubbles and turns a golden color.
