1 lb. pasta (angel hair)
1/2 cup of grated feta cheese
Enchilada sauce, simmered for a while until thickened

Pasta should be cooked through but still firm.

Then, pour the sauce on top and finish with a sprinkling of the grated feta.

Makes 4 servings
