Sausage-Mostaccioli Bake Recipe
6 ozs. Uncooked mostaccioli
1 (28 oz.) jar of spaghetti sauce
2 cups (8 ozs.) mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (12 oz.) pkg. reduced-fat ground turkey sausage
2/3 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
Mostaccioli should be cooked as per instructions from its package and drain it well then set it aside. On a skillet, cook and brown the sausages all the while stirring it so that it becomes crumbled then drain it well.
Add in the mostaccioli, sauce & Parmesan then place the mixture on a 2.5 qt. dish for baking that has been oiled lightly.
Finish with a sprinkling of mozzarella then bake in the oven for about 25 mins. at around 350′ F until the dish has been heated through.
