Shrimp Spaghetti Recipe
1 (12 oz.) pkg. vermicelli spaghetti
1 lb. cooked, cleaned & sliced in bite-size pcs. of shrimp
1 (6 oz.) can of mushrooms, well drained & sliced
3/4 cup of melted margarine
8 ozs. Cheddar, shredded
1/4 cup of Parmesan, grated
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. of garlic powder
Pepper & salt for seasoning
Spaghetti should be broken into half then cooked as per instructions from its package. While the noodles are cooking, pre prepare the ingredients so that they can be added right away after the spaghetti has cooked.
Drain off the water from the spaghetti then place it back into the saucepan then add in all other ingredients. Mix them together well until the cheese melts before serving.
