Skillet Ravioli Recipe
1 (around 1 lb. 10 oz.) pkg. frozen cheese ravioli
1 (26 oz.) jar of pasta sauce
2 1/4 cups of water
1/4 cup of half-and-half or whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
On a 12-inch skillet that is nonstick or on a saucepot that holds about 4 quarts, bring the water, salt and ravioli to a boil on high flame. Continue to boil and stir gently for the ravioli to get separated (5 mins.). Don’t drain.
Add in the pasta sauce and cover the dish while continuing to cook it on medium flame while occasionally stirring it for 10 mins. or just until the ravioli has become tender.
Add in the cream & make sure that the mixture is heated thoroughly.
