Skillet Sketti Recipe
1/2 lb. spaghetti, broken in 2-inch pcs. (around 2.5 cups)
4 cups of water
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can of tomatoes, sliced into bite-size pcs.
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup of ketchup
1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 minced garlic clove
2 tsps. salt
Parmesan cheese, grated
Spray some nonstick cook spray into a deep big skillet and saut� beef, onions, green bell peppers and garlic then season it with the salt. Add water and bring this to a boil then add in spaghetti.
Continue to cook it without a cover for about 12-15 mins. just until the spaghetti turns soft. Add in the ketchup and tomatoes then continue to simmer for 10 mins. until flavors blend together.
Serve with parmesan.
