Spaghetti I Remember Recipe
1 (28 oz.) can of Italian style tomatoes with their juice, well crushed
6 chopped fillets of anchovies
2 chopped big cloves of garlic
2 tbsps. Parsley, chopped
1/3 cup of olive oil
Hot red pepper
Pepper & salt for seasoning
Spaghetti should be cooked through but still firm as per instructions from its package.
In a saucepan, saut� the garlic until garlic begins to yellow then add parsley & the anchovies then continue to cook it stirring often for 30 secs.
Add pepper, salt & tomatoes all the while adjusting it to your desired taste. Then add in hot red pepper for that extra zing.
Cook simmering on low for 25 mins. then mix the sauce together with the spaghetti prior to serving.
