Spaghetti Toss Recipe
1 lb. spaghetti
8 ozs. Sliced thinly pepperoni
1 garlic clove
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 tbsps. Butter or vegetable oil
1 chopped regular-sized onion
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
Parmesan cheese, grated
Broccoli should be parboiled in half a cup of water for about 3-5 mins. and drain it well. Saute the garlic and onions in butter or vegetable oil in a skillet until they become soft but not browned.
Add the mushrooms & pepperoni then continue to cook on medium flame for 5 mins. more then add in broccoli & mix them all well.
In the meantime, spaghetti should be cooked as per instructions from its package and drained well. Mix together spaghetti and all other recipe ingredients then serve.
