Spaghettini Recipe
8 ozs. Spaghetti
1/2 pint of fresh cream
4 – 6 ozs. Blue or Roquefort cheese
1 garlic clove
Parmesan cheese, grated freshly
Inside a bowl, mash up the Roquefort / blue cheese using a fork & add in cream slowly while constantly stirring just until consistency resembles that of a paste.
Then, add the crushed garlic clove and make sure that the mixture is at room temperature. Spaghetti should be cooked and drained well.
Put the spaghetti onto a serving dish and add in the pasty cheese mixture to the hot warm spaghetti then mix it together well until everything is incorporated together. Finish with a sprinkling of grated parmesan & serve it right away.
