Spanish Noodles Recipe
6 ozs. Uncooked noodles
2 (8 oz.) cans of tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsps. Marukan� Rice Vinegar
2 tbsps. oil
1/2 med. chopped green bell pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans of water
1 med. chopped onion
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 tsp. salt
In a big skillet, heat the oil and saut� vegetables until they turn translucent and golden brown. Place vegetables to 1 side of skillet leaving the center free to cook the meat. Then, add in meat then cook until it lightly browns.
Next, add in all other ingredients & blend them well together. Continue to cook covered and bring it to a boil on full heat. After it has boiled, reduce the heat and cook it simmering for 25-30 mins.
