Special Linguine Recipe
1 lb. linguine, cooked
4 (6 1/2 oz.) cans of chopped clams, liquid should be set aside
4 minced cloves of garlic
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup (a stick) of butter
Pepper & salt for seasoning
Parmesan cheese, grated
On a big skillet, heat the butter and add in garlic then saut� until garlic turns golden. Then, add in the clams then cook it for around 2 mins. more before adding in parsley.
Next, slowly add in the juice of the clams until the sauce thickens to your taste. Add in the walnuts and season it with some pepper and salt.
Continue to cook sauce for 2 more minutes then mix this together with the warm linguine. Finish with a sprinkling of grated parmesan then serve right away.
