Speedy Goulash Recipe
8 ozs. Elbow macaroni
2 lbs. ground beef (lean)
1 tbsp. powdered garlic
1 tsp. black pepper
2 cans of beef stock/broth
1 tbsp. paprika
1 cup of sour cream
In a big pot, cook the onions and beef until they become browned. Add all other ingredients aside from the sour cream then bring this mixture to a boil while occasionally stirring it.
Lower the heat around medium then continue to cook it simmering for about 10-15 mins. Lastly, add in the sour cream then serve right away
