Stuffed Jumbo Shells Recipe
12 ozs. jumbo shells
1 can of soup (cream of chicken) mixed together with around 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 cups turkey or chicken, cooked & diced
1 can of drained peas
Shells should be cooked until they are almost soft. Combine all the other remaining ingredients. Then, stuff the filling mix in the shells and place in a casserole dish.
Finish with a generous sprinkling of the grated cheese on top and bake in the oven for about 25 mins. at around 325′ F.
