Taco Spaghetti Recipe
1 lb. dry spaghetti
2 cups of spaghetti sauce
1 lb. hamburger
1 (8 oz.) jar of taco sauce
Sour cream
1 packet of taco seasoning mix
Shredded Cheese
Crumbled Tortilla chips
A can of mushrooms (this is optional)
Cook and brown your entire hamburger and drain off excess fat. Blend together spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, taco sauce and taco mix then set it aside. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti until they are al dente then add pasta to your hamburger mix.
Place the spaghetti mixture inside an oven-proof casserole dish and sprinkle the shredded cheese atop. Bake covered in the oven at around 400′ F or just until cheese melts.
Generously slather sour cream at the top then finish with a sprinkling of more cheese & the chips that have been crumbled.
