1 (16 oz.) jar of thick & chunky-style salsa (medium or mild)
1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope of taco seasoning mix

1 cup of water
1 chopped big onion (around a cup)
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can of pitted ripe olives, sliced
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded (around 8 ozs.)
Pasta should be cooked as per instructions from its package and drain them well & rinse using cold water then drain it again. On a skillet that measures around 12 inches, cook the onions and beef until the beef has browned. Drain excess fat.
Add in 1 cup of water & the taco seasoning mix and bring the whole mixture to a boil and lower the heat and cook it simmering without a cover for 2 mins. and occasionally stirring it as well.
To the sauce mixture add in the cooked up pasta, salsa, half of the shredded Cheddar and the olives then continue to cook it simmering for 5 mins. more.
Place the spaghetti mixture onto a lightly oiled 2-qt. round shaped casserole dish. Bake covered in the oven for around 15-20 mins. at around 350′ F or just until the dish is heated thoroughly.
Finish with a sprinkling of the remainder of the cheese. Serves 6 as a main dish
